When the city's been under attack by some super villains that finally got put away by the heroes, the morale of the city being damaged can take it's toll on everyone. So T.K. has decided she would do a little bit of a project in the city to boost the city's morale. She offers a free car wash and in return all she asks for is a hug to comfort those down about living in a troubled city. By the way the reason the other boob is up so high DarkVanessa explained was that the side of her arm pushed it up a little. Guess she can also be a bit flirty as she asks "So, will you be getting your car washed today?"
